So you really see how light and fluffy it is but when you walk on the sidewalk and cars drive on the road it creates slush and overnight tonight that will be refreezing. Temperatures well below freezing overnight tonight and then the winds pick up tomorrow and it becomes even colder. First alert weather day out into thursday morning. Refreezing tonight. High winds tomorrow and then into thursday we have negative wind chills setting up. Negative feels like temperatures when you walk outside. Were talking about below freezing or below searo. Right now 24 in fulfill. Surrounding areas in the low 20s. Cold enough to cause that refreezing. North and west in the 90s. Actual temperatures 19 in allentown. South jersey well below freezing hovering around the mid and low 20s. Tonight, not windy. Into tomorrow morning, winds start to pick up. Temperatures will be feeling like the teens. Dell dot will monitor the road temperatures and try to send trucks out to try to make slick spots safe. It doesnt look like a lot of snow when you are looking at an. In or so but its so cold and the roads are so slick, you are better off staying home. Reporter i went out and got the answer of how dell dot decides to do the roads. They do the major roads and the medium travelled roads and then they go to some of the side streets. This street hasnt gotten love just yet. Today marks three weeks since the disappearance of a 22yearold Montgomery County native. Police have surveillance of the night paul went missing. It shows him two blocks from his home. He called friends asking for help with a cut on his hand. The friends came over help with his hands and then left to get food for all them. When they came back the man was gone. Since his disappearance, friends and family searched for him six times. He worked as a nurse in the intensive care union of allegheny general. And is a native of pottstown. A burke county hospital is now an ebola treatment center. The Lehigh Valley hospital in mullenberg received that designation from the cdc. It means that lehigh has the appropriate staff and equipment to provide Long Term Care to an ebola patient. The Childrens Hospital and the hospital of the university of pennsylvania are also ebola treatment centers. Doctors in west africa hope to find another treatment for this deadly virus.
