Keep checking the list. As we come back live the newest model year is a 2011. If youre buying a car from an individual craigslist, Something Like that do the research yourself. I asked a new and used car dealer about trade ins. He said at his dealership if you trade in a car and its on the recall list they say theyre going to do the work for you, fix that airbag for you so you dont have to go to a dealership, get it traded in yourself and try to get that fixed. Just like brakes or new tires, you bring a car in for a trade in, they suspect theyll have to make improvements. If youre gong to buy a new car, you should have no problem, but again, the list has been changing a lot. Keep on checking. Live in new castle, tim furlong, nbc 10 news.
