Outgoing pennsylvania treasurer rob mccord plans to plead guilty to federal charges he admitted to video released in the last two hours that he told two potential Campaign Contributors he could make it difficult for them to do business with the state. Rob mccords Attorney Says he will plead guilty to in and all federal charges related to shaking down campaign donors. Pp in what some experts call an unusual move mccord confessed on camera in a prerecorded video. The fact is i stepped over the line by trying to take advantage of the fact that two potential contributors hoped to continue to do business with the commonwealth. Reporter the main thing theyre telling us is that the scope of this scandal has now expanded. A source inside City Government with specific knowledge of the Ongoing Investigation tells the nbc10 investigators the scandal does not involve top fire leaders but does go as high as the captain level. The scandal centers around a female paramedic who sources say filed a complaint alleging sex misconduct. The mayor and top fire officials have said little about the Ongoing Investigation. The Mayors Office said friday that is because it is a personnel matter. Its significant, very complicated, a lot of details. Were just going to go through it as we would any other, you know, claim or series of allegations. Reporter the source said the city investigation shows the female paramedic shared nude pictures and video of herself with colleagues and engaged in sex acts with other colleagues sometimes on city time. The lowest chance of significant accumulation 4 inches or more southern delaware and then as you head up into the poconos, Lehigh Valley the highest chance extremely likely to get at least 4 inches and a median chance from philly northward.
