One man is dead, two others wounded in a shooting there. Nbc 10s matt delucia is live on the scene. Matt have you been able to update any Additional Information on the scene . There are a lot of shell casings, right . Reporter a lot of shell casings, tracy. Police just wrapped up their investigation of the scene. Quite a bit of evidence was here. Video we shot a little bit earlier this morning. Police tell us they also found some businesses here that had surveillance cameras so the investigators are going to go through that video this morning in the hopes of leading them in the right direction. Police tell us this happened after 12 30 in the morning. They were patrolling the area where they found a series of gunshots. All of them were rushed to temple hospital. As of right now, investigators found 32 spent shell casings from two separate caliber guns. The fact that there were so many shell casings from close proximity and the fact that this victim was shot numerous times is an indication that he was targeted. Chief investigator scott small talking about the gentleman that was shot out here. They intend to speak to the surviving victims later this morning. Nbc 10s katy zachry is live in point wreez tobreeze to show us the crumbling house. This house was already on the citys radar, right . Reporter right. Earlier this morning i talked to a member of the citys licenses and inspections department. He tells me this house behind me is listed as under demolition. What youre looking at, the emptiness, openness is not because of the demolition. That happened in the last two hours. Because of the overnight rain we had the bricks became so unsteady on the outside that they fell to the ground. In the end the entire front of the house first and second floors is missing. The fence thats on the sidewalk level, lni put that up a couple of weeks ago because this property was considered imminent danger. Fortunately no one was inside the house and no one was injured outside when the bricks came crumbling down. The homes next door have been evacuated. You can see the lni sign thats post theed posted she cannot come back until they assess the damage. Now bouvier street which is directly what weve been standing on that has been closed to traffic, part of it because this area is so unsafe. Theyre accused of mistreating and neglecting their three adopted children. John jackson jr. Told jurors on tuesday his parents often used bienl passages to justify hitting the toddler with a paddle and stick. One passage reads foolishness is bound up in the heart of the child but the rod of correction will drive it out. Prosecutors say along with beating them they denied them food and water. A teenager is facing assault and harassment charges after a road rage incident involving a 2yearold girl. 18yearold William Henderson pointed a gun at another driver after the driver cut him off in traffic while merging on to i. 95. The other driver had his 2yearold daughter in the car with him. Investigators say he fired a round at him. Investigators said it was a blank round. Nobody knows the difference. Three womens were killed in this fire monday afternoon. It started in the trash and recycling bins. Someone discarded a lit cigarette in the mobile home and investigators say the warm breezy fire made the fire spread faster and faster. The three victims lived in delaware county. They were visiting to mourn the loss of another relative who passed away over the weekend. Tragedy on tragedy. A lehigh woman was rescued from her home. This happened in east laurel in reading. All six homes were saved. The elderly woman didnt want to leave so they actually dragged her out. The red cross is helping more than a dods people who are now homeless. Happening today the new Jersey Supreme Court is going to be deciding if governor Chris Christie broke the law by slashing the Payment System into the pension system. The state is appealing a Lower Court Ruling that says that the state did break its contract with labor unions when the governor diverted those funds to fill a budget deficit. Governor christie wants to use a 200 million windfall to pay into the pensions. They said they expect to collect the extra revenue between now and the end of june. The state treasurer says he will testify about revenue projections before the Senate Budget panel later this month.
