Died at the hospital. Investigators searching the area and talking with neighbors found more than a dozen shell casings. Senate republicans to vote on obamacare replacement plan before the july 4 holiday. Several republican lawmakers are voicing concern about the Health Care Bill that is projected to leave 22 million americans without coverage. Total of three senators have expressed opposition to the bill. In order to pass it. Republicans will need to vote yes. 22 million americans expected to lose coverage. Plan will reduce medicaid spending 26 and raise deductible r for those with coverage. 64yearold making 26,000 a year under the current law would pay 1700 in premiums would be paying 6500 for plan with less coverage. The senate bill has no support from democrats and has some republicans saying theyll need to take a closer look. This report should be the end of the road for trump care. Republicans would be wise to read it like a giant stop sign urging them to turn back from this path that would be disastrous for the country for middle class americans and for their party. New this morning, Philadelphia Police are looking for a pair of robbers who held up this wawa store in northeast philadelphia. Investigators say a woman went into the store on caster avenue first to case the store around 4 30. Then a man came in with a gun and demanded cash. They both took off after getting money. Gifts for favors. That will be the focus on testimony today in Seth Williams krumgs kru corruption trial. Reporter that bar owner is on the stand for most of the day yesterday. He told the court about gifts that he gave Seth Williams including trips to florida, to california, to las vegas. Also talked about giving him a car at one point in exchange for favors. Wise was a bar owner who pleaded guilty to tax evasion earlier. Told he now he would get the das help for legal issues created by the federal conviction. Earlier today we heard from Deputy Police commission Joseph Sullivan on another topic about if he knew Seth Williams was getting expensive gifts from bucks county businessman he would have quote gone to fbi sooner. This was a request for help. Da had called a racial profiling case at philly international. Sullivan said it was his duty to investigate that. Governor tom wolf, a democratic, is proposing 1 billion tax package to pay down the states debt. Republicans want to plug the spending gap with casino extensions. Hearing from the grieving mother of a north philadelphia woman found murdered in a city park. Identified the victim adds debra gulliver. Beaten and stabbed in the park early saturday morning.
