We are waking up to a major snowstorm in the region. Here is a live look from cape may. We have a number of updates from down the shore. Nbc 10s drew smith is live in wildwood experiencing 53 Miles Per Hour winds, flooding, and damage there. Matt is trying to establish a live picture, flooding in the bay, well get that for you coming up. Moving inland too, because the last time at the marina, the water was even with the dock. Rushing, rushing. Exactly. He got out of there. Welcome to nbc 10 news today, im tracy davidson. Im keith jones. We have coverage county by county, reporters all over the region as well as first alert meteorologists tracking the storm through the region. Before we get to them, though, the storm knocking out power in some portions of the region, and Atlantic City electric reports 19,000 without electricity in Cape May County with several thousand more outages in atlanta county. Southern delaware, more than 9,000 customers in the dark, and the roads are only getting worse so dont drive if you dont have to. Down in delaware, upgrade to the state of emergency. All nonessential personnel, meaning you and me, cannot be on the roadway. Count on us for live continuous coverage all day long through 6 30 tonight. And for updates on the forecast. Our first alert meteorologists, our whole team is here. Bill . Its been a rough morning so far, and theres a lot more storm left. First alert, in effect, through sunday, a blizzard conditions at times inland, with slippery conditions, heavy snow, and very low visibility thanks to the gusty wisconsin. The gusty winds helping to provide flooding, major flooding at the shore, making the situation so much worse this morning. Some areas seeing flooding worse than what we saw with sandy. That being louis, which is near record level this morning. The record was from march of 1962 for about half a foot above sandys levels right now. Gusty winds pushing waters ashore, and dewey beach with 75 Miles Per Hour gusts, and the winds not letting up. Thats hurricane strength winds at delaware beaches and strong gusts at the shore as well. Weve seen a break in the precipitation for about an hour and a half in delaware along delaware bay into south jersey. That has changed. The snow, the rain, its back. Its going to continue for most of the rest of the day. You can see some thinning in and around the philadelphia area, and Delaware County and into chester county, but heavy snowfall in allentown, trenton, and interior new jersey and central delaware rights now. Add to that gusty winds. More than 40 Miles Per Hour. In fact, since we have been on at 4 00 this morning, the winds have stayed above 40 Miles Per Hour. The gusts for philadelphia, wilmington, and wildwood now 53 Miles Per Hour gusts. Our future wind gust model shows potential for 5060, 70 Miles Per Hour winds in the morning. Thats still the case. Potential for 0 Miles Per Hour gusts in cape may. A messy day today, and, of course, more snow piling up as well. What to expect, meteorologist karen thomas is standing by. Dont be lulled into false sense of security if its not snowing where you are right now simply because we do have some of the dry slots in the system, but its a massive storm, and some of the heaviest snowfall has not fell in some parts of the region. Future snowcast showing us, look at this by 3 00 today. This model has just about everybody seeing snow once again with the exception of extreme southern delaware as well as extreme cape may, but you can see just about the entire area later on this afternoon and we see the darker colors here, north and west of philadelphia, up to doylestown, pottstown, indication of heavier snowfall so we have to get through the rest of the afternoon. As we move in the nighttime hours, it brake breaks a part a bit, closer to the overnight and morning hours, we see the system dispating. Its snowing in trenton, mount holly, and northern millville, and the system skirts off the coast all together by early morning. So, like i said, dont be lulled into a false sense of security. Its a massive storm as we have been saying, and heres what we are expecting. This is the latest update snow total accumulations through tomorrow morning including whats already on the ground down at the shoreline, we already had accumulation there of 48 inches, rain snow line came in, rain took it away, but expect snow later today adding to the accumulation. Thats the look right now. Breaking it down region by region when we come back. I want to reiterate what karen said, dont be lulled into a false sense of security if it dropped a little bit, eased up a little bit, where you are r and its not eased up over center city. This is the live picture that shows you skyline. A couple hours ago, there was poor visibility, but you could see the buildings. Not anymore. Yeah, in the last 15 minutes, you cant see over the river anymore. Right outside our studio, mitch blocker is live. Since we have been on tv, mitch, winds at 40 Miles Per Hour here what bill reported. Still the case out there . Winds blowing . Reporter every time you come out here, we tell you about the win. Winds are the problem. Now its snowing again. So the snow is coming. Winds are blowing. All the stuff on the ground blowing around, plus getting more accumulation. The stuff thats fallen so far, its the light powdery snow, not heavy snow so far. You can get a good gauge for the wind. Watching the rooftop across the street, big gusts, not so hard, but you see the snow blowing off the rooftop, and thats whats been happening on the roadways, in parking lots of the cars, trying to get through some of the intersections. The plows, the lull we saw on city line avenue on the philadelphia border, that gave the snowplows a really Good Opportunity to get to some of the side roads as well as the major roads like city avenue so that people can get through. Weve seen a steady flow of traffic on city avenue. Slow traffic, but as you can see, theres one lane for sure, maybe two lanes depends who is driving. Back to you guys in the studio. Down the jersey shore, expected to experience the worst conditions since super storm sandy. Reportersflooding is serious. The high tide moved waters around this morning, and matt, you moved, talking about the flooding you found. Where exactly are you . Reporter well, right now, we are along the main road you get access to from Atlantic City, and it is just been shut down because of flooding. You can see the Police Officer up there, just within the past five minutes, shut down the road here to traffic because of the getting so high. Look over here. You can see some of that water starting to flood along these homes and just back there is the bay. So definitely some flooding from the high tide that were seeing out here, just over to your left, very high, heavy winds dealing with out here. You might be able to see no, matt, matt, over here. You can see the water is just really coming up pretty fast. Down the road, there was a fire here earlier this morning. Very heavy fire. You imagine how difficult it was to manage that and fight that fire when you have heavy winds like this. So not only are we dealing with cold weather, the snow. Its the sleet right now is what we are seeing out here in terms of precipitation. Its pelting us at the moment. We just got a little lull in the wind, this is very relieving. You see somebodys vehicle here trying to get out. The residents, they realize this was bad news, and they are trying to get out of town, and down this road here, it is just flooded with, i say, about one to two feet of water. We also are dealing with issues with power lines. Looks like they are dangling here by the homes so this could be a dangerous situation. Well get out of here while its still safe. For now, live, nbc 10 news, back to you. Matt, stay safe. We appreciate the report. Stay with us as we continue to track this major snowstorm. Heres a live look from center city, philadelphia. Well keep you updated with the latest snow totals and Road Conditions which are not good according to everyone out there, including officials who are telling us the crews are doing what they can, but stay off the roads. We continue our Live Team Coverage right now. There are major problems on the roads; advised to stay off the roads. There are power outages. Updating the numbers now. All trollies suspended for the next 24 hours, amtrak modified schedule on eastern corridor all flights cancelled into and out of philly international. He says, theres a lot of good stuff, great stuff to serve you with to see whats happening in your napeighborhood. Use the nbc10snow. And theres plenty of snow to go around. Look at Blue Mountain in the pocono mountains. Its not as heavy as some of the other spot, but accumulating snow will continue right on through the day, and reaches into the new york area and way to the south. Its a massive storm 17 system with us all day long, and into tonight. You can see the heavier bands of snowfall right now. The trenton area, and spots north and west in chester, montgome montgomery, and bucks counties seeing the bands of heavier snowfall that filled back in and still coming down in upper bucks county, and allentown, already close to a foot of snow on the ground, and that he we got a break in some spots, thats not going to last much longer. The snow hassed to fall, and the rain returned to delaware and south jersey, and they have already seen plenty of rain and some flooding as well. Look at the wet scene from cape may. On the air at 4 00 this morning, it was a big snow flakes coming down, heavy, wet snowfall, but since then, on and off rain. It is back on, and wind are still very strong. As you have been seeing by the live pictures, thats led to flooding. In fact, near record flooding from louis, delaware. The high tide over nine feet, second highest ever a storm surge thanks to strong winds gusting to more than 70 Miles Per Hour. More than four feet of storm surge, and record, about an inch from that, set in march 1962. Louis already has seen water levels above sandy. As far as snow is concerned, hes the latest numbers, 14. 5 in perkasie, pennsylvania. Villanova at a foot, lumberton, new jersey closing in on a foot, and look at new jersey and delaware, a snowy scene, and the totals only going up throughout the day today. All right, bill. Listen, nourmew Jersey Governor Chris Christie expected to be briefed at 10 00 a. M. The whole region slammed by major snow and flooding down the shore. Thousands without power. Ill shut my mouth getting to live pictures to show you. We have to tell you the delaware governor updating us in that state, and we have a live picture of cape may, the storm surge with high tide more than an hour ago, and weve been showing you major flooding that our reporters are finding along the shore points, well get you updates next. With the name trusted for nearly 80 years, you have the courage to enjoy the ride. Independence blue cross. Live fearless. Live Team Coverage of the storm comie ining down, and skin the mountain in camelback. In fact, the poconos are predicted totals bumped up for the poconos from what we anticipated yesterday. Speaking of totals, already a note of snow in philadelphia and more to come when you look at this picture behind us, and you see the snow really coming down. What you cant see is, really, the story here. You can barely see across the river, barely see the city skyline, which is incredible, a testament to dangerous it is outside. Nbc10snow. One more time. Nbc10snow, use that on social media to send us pictures and videos. Great stuff of the snowfall and flooding where you live. Safely end us pictures, video, upload on the nbc 10 app, tweet us, post it on facebook, look for see, it share, it share it with us, and use the the nbc10snow. We have incredible stuff. It is. Folks share with us so we know conditions in their neighborhoods. Lets go ahead and look at photos compiled from viewers from anthony, the third grade Christian Academy snow ruler. You see it written there, sixes in wellingford, taken hours ago, so we imagine more inches have fallen there. South philly, where the wind tossed up the snow on the window. Gusts have been a factor today. Heres a picture from melissa little, sending this how deep the snow is. And, also, we have video that came to us from shawn. You can see, its crews plowing out the parking lots at sugar house casino. A lot of businesses in philadelphia, and, of course, in the suburbs will be doing that today. A lot just trying to stay open. Yes, absolutely. We appreciate people sending us photos, as you said, see it, share it, easy to do. If you have the nbc 1 10 app, its on the pull down menu. Send the pictures to us. Safely. Yes, safely. Took the words from my mouth. Speaking of safety, live picture now, this is i95, and this is the reason why you should not head out on the roadways, and, again, they attacked the primary roads first, the plows do, the crews do out in full force right now. Thats what it looks like. You want to make, if you dont have to be on the roads, stay away from them. Again, this is i95, you see no cars, thank goodness. A plow occasionally, but thats it. Stay with us, live first alert Team Coverage when we return. Our Live Team Coverage continues. We have live pictures across the region this is a live picture out the front window of storm force in wilmington. We are awaiting comments from the delaware governor. We can also tell you that they were at a level one driving warning, telling people to stay off the roads, dont be out unless you have to, but they bumped up, meaning no nonessential personnel on the road. You need to get off the roads. Deldot challenge by the conditions to clear even the majors. Were not even talking about the side streets yet. Pummelled by snow, the jersey shores hit by flooding. Continuing live team cove, though, in west spchester, and look at the wind. Since we talked to you, that wind was not there. I mean, it relatively speaking, right, deanna . Reporter yeah. It just comes and goes. Glad that not everyone is expecting this. Look outside here. Not a lot of people. Actually, nobody here on north high street at this point. Just to get an idea how much winds are kicking up. Look at rooftops in the area. The snow is coming off; and as soon as i reference that, the winds die down, just a little more pleasant out here. People are trying to shovel and keep up with this. We showed you the bench. You can see the sidewalks been shovelled here, but for how long. They used an atv with a plow on and shovels. Look how high the piles are from the plows. Theres a little pavement here, look at the roof, there you see the gusts we have here. The snow telling the story for us. You can see hopefully feel whats it like from the inside of your living rooms where you are nice and warm, hopefully. Snow emergency here as well as practically everywhere. We have talked to a number of people in hotels, trying to get relief from the snow. These are residents from west chester here. They did not believe me when i said they would be on tv. How far have you been Walking Around outside today . We live four blocks from here. We just wanted to see if anything open. We like to walk up and eat in town. Theres nothing open yet. Reporter amazing. I was told by one of thors, hey, college town, everything will be open, but its closed. We hope tonight they get it going. Its fun to walk we look forward to this when the street, we can own the streets and walk on them, fully everybody will dig out and town revs up again. You are positive about whats happening here, but we can tell you, theres no major reports in the area, and no injuries, no reports of power outages, plows here, clearing the streets, and hopefully, everybody is staying inside. Coming up in a little bit, well show you video from inside where the snow is getting inside. Thats next hour. Nbc 10 news. All right, thank you. Now a live picture of market streets, center city philadelphia, and center city 15 inches in philadelphia already and still more snow to come. Deanna mentioned power out aage in the jersey shore and more. We have new pictures, new video, new information, i just saw the police tweet power out, please dont call 911. They have their lanhands full. Call the utility. Updates you on the numbers coming up. Fracking a blast of winter throughout the night and into the morning. We are here to let you know what to expect into saturday. Well be on tv through 6 30 tonight. This system is bringing all of this snow, and we are focused on the shore right now, where we have reports of major flooding. We just got one report of waves breaking over the road in long port, wind damage, high tide was about two hours ago, and trying to get you more pictures and more information. As long as its safe for the reporters too, thats what it comes down to, your safety as well. Good saturday morning, welcome to nbc news today, it is 9 00. The area in thenowstorm. You are cover with everything you need to know, and when its said and done by tomorrow, two feet of snow, already one foot in philadelphia. We have a team of nbc 10 reporters spanned out across the area, and our meteorologists, weather team, tracking conditions outside right now for what is still on the way. Its not over by a long shot. All right. As we expected, flooding a problem along the coast. We alluded to it before. Look at the picture. Video from from Atlantic City. Theres several inches of water along North Carolina avenue. Lets get to more video from the shore now. Take a look at this. This is ocean city, new jersey. Nbc 10 video sent in. You can see flooding from high tide along bay avenue. This may not be the picture of that just yet. This is Atlantic City. Here it is. Look at this. This is actually from a viewer, author took the picture. This is how bad at the shorement waves are breaking inland. So this situation only going to get worse as you consider were right in the middle of the storm. We appreciate you sending us pictures and video. Stay safe. This viewer, haley, took this in wildwood this morning. The coastal flooding. What they have been worried about and planning for is a problem there with high tide two hours ago. We continue to stay focused on the shore. The conditions are noted goo there. We also want to bring you conditions around the area. Out to Montgomery County. We are live in plymouth township. Whats conditions like there . Reporter we had a brief r resbit, winds died down, and sleet, but now snow is picking back up, visibility dropped, winds haved to drive the snow sideways, but the only activity we see along ridge pike, on the little stretch of ridge pike, just to the east of the norris town border, a lot of the contract snowplow guys have been coming and going. We the manager has been kind enough to let us park here, and she said she was determined to open today because she knew thered be a lot of plow guys out, theres ambulance across the street. They are here and working, obviously, we saw one of their ambulances towed in a little earlier. We dont know if it had been stuck or if it had broken down. Spoke with our friends at Montgomery County radio handling the police, fire, and ems dispatch. They said much to their surprise, it is been a relatively quiet morning. They had a few trailers stuck, and Road Conditions, looking back over in this direction, same sort of thing, you know, these roads here on ridge pike, they are fine. A lot of the off ramps not in great condition. You could see where a penndot or municipal crew did not make the turn and left them semiunplowed. Weve run into a lot of folks this morning, and one was danny harold, out with his son, and they just had to goat down here. We have cars and trucks, me and the boys are staying in today. We called off work, and me my son decided to walk to the gas station for a coup of coffee and get out for a little. He wants to play. He wants to go shovel. Reporter now, we also che checked with pico. We looked at the outage map, and every time you see conditions like this, when you got sideways snow being propelled by high winds, we were anticipating there would be more outages, but they are very sporadic. None of the widespread sort of the outages we come to expect with these storms. Of course, pico and ppnl and neted, utilities are proactive in terms of tree trimming, using wind resistant lines, and updating equipment. Even though they have crews staged all around the area, it would be a luxury for them not to have to use every last one of them, and, of course, the Cardinal Rule in the utility business is, you know, we always hear about crews coming in from other regions, but you dont send anyone out of your region until everybodys got the power on here. They did have other contractors standing by. They had surrounding states that were not affected by the snowstorm system, but, mostly, its, you know, the plow guys who are here in the lot at the gas station, and, weve seen number of folks on foot today, some are county workers headed up to the courthouse complex in norristown, a mixed blessing for them. They want to stay home, but the overtime is too attractive, and as one guy said earlier, and youll hear from him in a bit, this is money falling from the sky for a lot of these contractors. Live, Montgomery County, nbc 10 news. Thank you very much. Lets move over to Delaware County now. This picture, nbc 10 viewers sending us them. Also video, too. This is from joseph from glen olden in Delaware County. Already more than 8 inches on the ground at this point, and it was still dark, as you can see here when this shot was taken. Now, this storm is knocking out power in some portions of the region. Doug mentioned it, but listen to the numbers from the jersey shore. Now reports more than 21,000 customers without electricity in Cape May County. That numbers going up. It was 19,000. More than 9,000 without power in atlantic county. Down in southern delaware, more than 9,000, Sussex County customers in the dark, and 2500 without power in philadelphia, montgomery, bucks, and delaware counties. A live look outside. Stay with nbc 10, this is down in delaware on the roadways. This is from stormforce 10. Keep in mind, this is a vehicle with great traction, big ol tires, four wheel drive, and crews are getting to the roadways out there, but the governor mentioned about an hour and a half ago, they have upgraded their state of emergency, nonessential personnel stay off the roads. That means you and me. Stays with. Well have conditions neighborhood by neighborhood. Also, updating all of the information on our am. Download it now. You can get the latest forecast, the radar, live cameras from the nbc 10 sky cam network. Also sign up for weather alerts and notifications about delays, and, again, we are focused on the jersey shore right now with reports of major coastal flooding and wind damage. At longhorn steak like this doesnt need anything else. Which is why we dont just add, anything else. Longhorn steaks that sizzle for 12. 99. The new smoky bacon sirloin. The new spicy grilled jalapeno sirloin. And the parmesan crusted sirloin. All with hand chopped salad unlimited bread for 12. 99. Tonight only at longhorn steakhouse. You cant fake steak. And for lunch try our new steak and bacon cheddar melt. Or any steakhouse lunch combo starting at 7. Our Team Coverage comets and focus on the shore right now, and we are getting viewer video, this is from haley shot in wildwood this morning, and we just got the email from drew smith, most of North Wildwood underwater, a few inches to a couple feet. Off the phone with the mayor who says this is record flooding for them, quote, our tide gauge just hit 9. 4, a half foot higher than sandy. They also have roof damage. They have wind damage there, and well continue to get drew established to show you a live picture of whats happening where he is. Were in the middle of a major snowstorm, folks, impacting travel in the region. We know right now, 10 00 a. M. , the philadelphia mayor holds a News Conference on what philadelphia is doing to combat the storm. At 10 00, governor Chris Christie is briefed. At 11 15 well hear from them. Watch them live on nbc 10, right now, though, major flooding, as you heard from matts report, via email, in every coast town from ocean city to cape may, were going to talk to him via the phone as soon as we can. We told you about blowing snow and about poor visibility, and the treacherous Road Conditions. Lets show you a problem a penndot plow truck toppled along route 662. The driver was fine. Theres the picture. Boy, oh, boy, yeah, just on the side of the road there. Listen, if plows are having a hard time like this, then you ought to not go outside in a car or truck regardless if you have fourwheel drive. In fact, in delaware, all nonessential personnel off the roads. Our Team Coverage continues now in chester county. Nbc 10 is live for us in westchester. The winds off and on. Whats it like right now. Reporter winds on again. Its been 20 minutes . Half hour . The sidewalks were clear, and we have an inch of snow again here on the sidewalks, showing how fast its coming down. This is video from awhile ago. This is inside a parking garage. There are snow drifts. Cars in the garage are covered with snow, not a ton, but shows how strong the winds are. If we can look at another piece of video shot about a half hour ago from a patio in we west chester. Tables toppled over and umbrellas over, and snow drifts against the door showing you how much snow has come down, how much untouched snow is on that patio there. Take a look live out here on north high street, and theres a pickup Truck Driving up the street here, not fully clean off, and thats important. When this stuff thaws and ices again, it could fall on your wind chill. It could hit another car. Its dangerous. If you are going to clean off the car, its a losing battle at this point to try to keep cleaning it off, but you want to do that before you hit the streets. We checked in with the mayor, nothing to report, good news, most staying inside. Theres a few people out on the streets there, walking ampb ini and riteaid may be open around the corner, but some looking for a bite eat on a leisurely saturday morning, and not finding many place open here because many people are not on the roads here. Live in westchester, nbc 10 news. All right, to the jersey shore now, flooding is a major concern, and its more than hurricane sandy. And sandy was worse, but theres the drive under two neat of water. What are you seeing, matt . Reporter i have been speaking to the police, and they closed down the boulevard, you see a Police Vehicle over here shutting down the roadway because of flooding thats just down about quarter mile, and, and water is piling on the roadway. Look at the bay. Look at waves crashing up against the side of the road here, and it does appear that it does not it not come over and crest over the bank here on to this part of the roadway, but i have been told that East Shore Drive in brigantine is under two feet of water. You may remember the iconic photo of president obama and governor Chris Christie embracing each other after hurricane sandy, it was right around that same spot, im told, where it is two feet of water right now. On the roadway here, there was a fire in brigantine. Im told it was quite the fire to fight because of the heavy winds, and it was interesting to see the firefighters really do the work, not just in the snow and the bitter cold, but also these very, very heavy winds. That fire is now out. Theyve been trying to get people to turn around on the other side here and get out of town. There are people who are still in their homes. Im told there are no evacuations that are going to be on the other handed at this time. In fact, lieutenant told me that if people want to go out and grab whatever groceries they did not get, now might be the best time to do it, especially once this tide starts to go down. We have seen some of the flood waters recede a little bit at this point. Were listening to some of the police scanners, just some of the emergency workers who are working hard in this. Were just hearing flooding, flooding, flooding all over atlantic county. Its a bad situation to be driving in. Advisable not to go out if you dont have to, just avoid flood waters if you see them. Turn around, dont drown, as well as the emergency workers are telling us that, and were trying to stay safe here as well. Look at the bay, and it is fierce, my friends, fierce. Watch out if you are here in la atlantic county. Its not good to be out here. Matt, if you can, keep this picture up because we want to continue to show the viewers what this condition is like, and we want to talk about our meteorologist about the information he has on the storm down the shore. You mentioned, near record levels in some places, it is going to be, and alltime record, not only beating sandy, but 1962 noreaster that tore Long Beach Island into different pieces where the ocean met the bay, and this is not the end of this. Were near or just past high tide for saturday morning, so the water is supposed to start going down, but its not going to go down a lot, and now the problem is the next high tide in ten hours, and that could be higher than the tide that has just occurred, so whatever flooding youre seeing now is going to be at least as bad as this by 7 00 or worse as long as we keep these winds blowing off the ocean into land. We had gusts up to Hurricane Force in dewey beach. Were past high tide. Still flooding, back bays, this is the next high tide, may be the worst one for the delaware beaches. The one on sunday morning looks like it may not be as high because the wind direction change, offshore wind, and that helps us if we had a third of the, treextreme tides, it would devastating, even devastating without that. In Cape May County, these are the times of high tide, again, weve gone past the high tides on the ocean, and the back bays high tide, pretty much happening right now, and the next high tide, were concerned about is this evening. This is around Atlantic City. Were definitely past high tide right at the ocean, couple hours later on the back bays, heres the next high tide. A little after 7 00 tonight. Now, what happens is with the winds blowing from the ocean into the land, gusting now to Hurricane Force, you get a big tide. Then as the tide drops, it drops here and then the next tide is even higher, and then it drops a little, and the next tide can be even higher than that. Dont expect things to go back to normal, but its just going to be a less extreme flood as the low tide comes halfway between this high tide and low tide, and weve already seen some near record official levels in louidelaware, second highestr over nine feet. This is the morning tide, the evening tide could be worst. All that water. Nbc10snow, using social media to post pictures and videos of the storm. Seeing the flooding down the shore, for sure, we are sifting through the posts, and you have have had video of flooding . Great photos and videos. Heart breaking. This is sea isle right now. The street is flooded. Looks like icebergs there floating through the street down into the isle city. Another view. This is jfk boulevard, the main drag leading up to the beach. Theres a gazebo on the right hand side of the picture there leading to the beach there. You see its full of ice and water. Now, this is what it looks like just on the other side there, theres a pizza shop, taken near the shop there, jfk and on the Southern Side there. Now, this is what it looks like further up the coast, north, this is ocean city. You can see that the street is completely flooded. This is why they have some of the houses, which are near the back bay there on stilts. Another area. Looks like things are floating through the streets there, debris. Up to the doors in the back portion of the picture. Hopefully they are not getting water in there. This is what it looks like in another part of ocean city. This woman saying that shes stranded. Hopefully shes going to be okay. Our meteorologist actually told me that over in stone harbor, theres almost a foot over storm surge, which is higher than what it was in sandy. We are getting reports like that throughout the area, glen, im sure this is something that we dont want to see down the shore after all this flooding. Wow. Thats why when you compare it to sandy in south jersey and delaware, sandy made land fall around Atlantic City, the worst of the storm surge was to the north, so north jersey, new york city, long island beaches had the worst, delaware did not, and so you can get a nonsuper storm producing record levels here.
