They spoke to reporters a short time ago. A device has been recovered by the secret service and early indications is it does not pose a threat to anybody at the white house. When it comes to beverages, 96 the liquid calories. The reason i have this face is i work with kathie lee gifford. I would never take away your cocktails amp i glass of wine or a shot of liquor mixed with club soda and whatever you want. I will have one glass of a pinot noir. Dont be chinsy. I would get the fried calamari which i am phrasy about. I would get the shrimp cocktail. The shrimp cocktail is the skinniest appetizer in town even with the red sauce. Whenever you have the option to get a cocktail, go for it. I into that. Thats under 100 calories. Is it really . Entrees, avoid all things fried and the five buzzwords. Well, first, you really want to try everything you can. Try everything. Go to therapy. You need to try that, you know. And you need to see if that improves something. Sometimes youre not happy theres no affection, theres no communication. Right exactly. But all those things said if you feel its definitely over, there are some steps that things you wish you would have known first, right . Absolutely. The first thing you say is to find the guidance and support you need, right . This is so important. People are so overwhelmed when they get divorced. You cant imagine the emotions you were flooded with. And i was surprised myself. Even if youre the one that wanted the divorce youre going to be sad, youre going to be overwhelmed. Youre going to have fear be afraid of whats to come. Should you call your friends or family and rally everyone around you . You know, you want support from your friends and family, but you really want professional advice, and that is why we started our business and we are divorce advisers. And what we do is give you that emotional support you need. Okay. It could come from a therapist but your friends and family dont know really. Okay. Lets move down a little bit. Sure. A lot of people when theyre about to get divorced when they are, they tell the world. They put it on facebook they tell their friends. You say thats not such a smart idea. Dont shout it out is the key word here. What should you do . Who should you tell . You need to tell your children first. Do you have good ways to do that . Because i would imagine thats the hardest part. Thats a big part of our book and well tell you a few tips. We really do have good ways. Number one, try to tell the children together. Yes. And make it a united front for them. Put them first. When you put that in your mind, its sort of easy. Reassure them of your love, of course. Reassure them that its not their fault. Many of them take it on themselves, what did i do that mom or dad is leaving. And introduce them to the idea that family is going on you know . And whats going to change in the family and whats going to stay the same is very important. Whats going to stay the same is important. Exactly. As much as you can keep the same, we recommend that you do. If you can. Yeah, exactly. Now, a big problem often when couples put up is money, money money. Finances can be hard, right . It becomes an issue. Very hard. Youve got to know your finances. A lot of women dont. A lot of women dont. I have to say, i dont. I take care of a lot but henry really takes care of the finances. And i always say, even if youre not getting divorced, learn your finances insideout. Women that are staying home and they just let the man handle everything. Its such a bad idea. Now, okay, youre faced with divorce and you really need to go through all of your records. I say for three years. Make records, copies of everything, your tax returns, your w2s, all of your bills, all your credit card statements. And very important, credit. Many, many women dont have credit and credit is so important to begin a new life. Exactly. The last thing is, youre not look, hes probably not going to say hes sorry, so forget about. Just move on.
