Thats some cooler air setting up. Then we talk about the thanksgiving forecast. Typical is 49. Youre going to be above normal on thanksgiving with sunshine and 55 on the thermometer. Winds right now not looking to be a problem for the balloons. The vortex satellite and radar not a problem for anybody. Nothing out there. Its beautiful looking sky. Bigger picture shows you off to our west okay take a peek moving towards chicago a little bit of snow. Chicago picks up one to three inches somewhere around that. Then thats going to the north. High pressure filled in. We may get clipped by the lower edge. I dont see too much precipitation for us. Heres how it looks for saturday. Sun and clouds more sun than clouds. Early sunday cloudy and chance of showers, even heavier showers isolated downpours as it pushes through but its out of here for everybody early and you have a nice looking sunday afternoon and cooler. 50 and 49 for the weekend and then monday, youre 45. Tuesday 46. 51 wednesday. Thanksgiving, 55. 57. So anybody who is up sort of early waiting in line, standing outside the stores its not brutally cold. Goodlooking sevenday forecast. Not bad. I was waiting for them for a while and i got the confirmation that they were here so i was excited to come home and just to see what they looked like. And, um, they were gone. Reporter there isnt a computer or this years hottest toy packed in there but three memory quilts sewn together with a total of 90 pieces of robert delmonicos shirts and portions of his military uniform. He was 102nd calvary regiment in the Army National guard. He died last year at 21 years old. He was a great, great kid. He would have given you the shirt off his back. Reporter his mother karen spent night after night cutting pieces for the quilt. She shared these photos with us of the pieces late out exactly as she wanted them. The completedded quilts were meant as christmas presents for her two daughters and her sons father. Something that you can just keep in one place and just have different memories from each shirt. Thats all we have really is the memories and and some and [ crying ] we cant replace that. Reporter so many good memories packed into those three quilts. Karen says she is hopeful they will find their way home again. You can throw them the bag on the front lawn. Im not going to do anything. Im not going to prosecute. I just want them back.
