Around 1 30, high School Counselors found a female student in the water barefoot and partially disrobed. She appeared to be intoxicated. A student who witnessed the alleged incident told police it looked like rape. She appeared to be in and out of consciousness. At one point her face was in the dirt. He leaves in a Residential Treatment Center and has a juvenile record. Somebody needs to look at the school. This happened during school hours, the four children should have been in school and somebody should have watching them. His mom said offcamera, he is a good kid.
