Late yesterday those ballots were moved over from county courthouse. Over to the city of milwaukees Election Commission warehouse. Thats where Milwaukee Countys recount is going to happen. According to the Elections Commission 47 counties will count by hand. Including kenosha, dodge, ozaukee and washington counties. 10 counties will use machines and hand count. And 12 counties including milwaukee, racine, and waueksha will just use machines. At least 2 sheriffs deputies will guard the ballots at all times during Officials Say they are ready. They were able to go out and hire their poll workers as tabulator so that we have exrienced people working. But actually at a point that were going to have roughly 130 people every day working th thererecount is open to the public you do need a photo id to get in.
