The sceneyearold was rushed to the hospital but died as short time later. Police say they have identified a person of interest who they want to speak with, but no one has been charged. Just about two weeks ago police also called to area of devin street to respond to report of a shooting. During that Incident Police fatally shot a man who they say wouldnt put down his gun.
