Some of the issues that Sanders Campaigned on and they resinated here in New Hampshire, and he won undecidedly here in this state after campaigning very hard over the last several months. The crowd was fired up here but clinton acknowledged some problems with her Campaign Including the ability to attract Younger Voters and younger female voters into the fold. Vanessa, governor kasich came out here about 45 minutes ago to address what was a crowd full of people and now pretty much gone. He came out here fired up, almost acting as if he won this primary here in New Hampshire, and a bit of a win for the campaign falling a major turning point for them. They were hesitant to say where they would finish be tonight. They knew theyd do well but hesitant to say if they finished he held 106 town hall meetings. He says thats what made the difference, meeting the voters face to face instead of the bigtime rallies we saw with some of the other candidates that didnt do so well. Now, that might seem odd considering hes effectively tied for third place but you have to understand that his numbers have been sliding in the polls since this win in the way walk caucus and today people in his campaign were downplaying the expectations to me saying, well, if we get second or even third place, that will be what we consider a victory. So when he came out tonight, senator cruz was very excited, puffing up the crowd and saying it was a Real Coalition of conservatives. He talked about the evangelicals from iowa who also he said he found a pocket here in New Hampshire and talked about the libertarians who had been looking for a new candidate, since rand paul left the race and he talked about the reagan democrats who he says have become disillusioned by their own party. Senator cruz also congratulated donald trump and john kasich and confirmed with a Campaign Spokeswoman that he did call donald trump about 9 00 and congratulated him on his victory. Certainly a gracious thing to do after the war of words between the two over the past couple of weeks. The question, we knew that the media was criticizing rubio but the question is would the New Hampshire voters care about it and would it impact how they voted. Hard to think would it hurt them considering tonight rubio tied for fourth place with jeb bush considering he had been consistently in second place in the polls behind trump. It went just as we all expected i think on the democratic side, thats where you saw some surprises. We knew that Hillary Clinton was trailing Bernie Sanders but the amount she got beaten by, that was telling. I think that speaks a lot about the enthusiasm gap. Weve seen it in two states. Sounds like it might be a bit of a shakeup in her campaign certainly moving forward. She goss does feel very confident moving forward in South Carolina and nevada and the campaign believes sources within the Clinton Campaign believe they are set to win this, at least by march, by super tuesday, certainly, they believe theyll be strong. He has to feel good tonight. Certainly. I think that ted cruz did not expect to finish in first place here. I think he certainly hoped to but as we all know, those polls were going up and down all week long. Ted cruz, his style and his politics, a lot of people were saying that maybe thats not really New Hampshires republican style but he had a strong showing and he heads into South Carolina and hes got momentum still. The prediction is hell do very, very well in South Carolina. The question is who has it for the long hall. We know jeb bush has a lot of money but at some point hes gotta start winning. Weve gotta see some of that from marco rubio, jeb bush, some of those more establishment candidates. It doesnt certainly seem like the year for the establishment, does it.
