Now, this hearing has been going on all afternoon, and people have been speaking out on about 20 different Animal Welfare laws. A lawmaker from seaconk is sponsoring the bill he beliefs that animal abusers need to be held accountable, he says, so it doesnt happen again, and he says so the crimes dont happen and get worse. Heres what the bill would encompass. The registry would hold those who have been convicted of animal cruelty to register, only pet stores, shelters and breed weirs have access to it.
