That will develop and move off to the east. Later on down the road we are looking at showers for western portions of japan for the weekend. Farther to the south there is a low developing here bringing scattered showers across hainan and hong kong and thunderstorms are possible as we look ahead through thursday. At least things will be clearing up for the philippines but expect the afternoon thunderstorms. The temperatures shanghai with a high of 27 and seoul of 30.
