One popular app called venmo added a feature that lets users know of any account changes. But one user said not only did it not work a hacker cracked his password and stole 2,000. Local man has found himself in a battle with the feds after his Social Security number was given to someone else. Now, he wants a new number but the Social Security administration wont give him one.
