We have our sauces, our steak, lets do it. The most important thing about steak is seasoning, right . Got to salt it. This is a tenounce steak. So we want to go nice, okay . Coat the whole top with pepper too. Little bit of oil with each pan. Regular oil . So i oil. You want black pepper sauce. Turn the burner off. You dent want flame or flairups. Add scallions, please. Scallions it is. Right there in the big pan. There you go. There you go. Add the garlic and ginger. What were looking for is car l carmelization. And not touching the steak. Just making sure the oil is not stuck on one side. Black means there. Black beans. Put them in . Soak them for about five minutes. Lemon juice right there. Sweet soy right next to it. Use soy sauce. Smells even bet are. Have you black pepper here. It is a black pepper sauce. And boom. Well reduce this. Flip the steak here. At this point, we will get a little garlic. Little chili. Add a little bit of butter to this. Right on top of the steak. This will brown. You will get that nutty flavor now. All youre doing it putting that but are on top with the garlic. Bok choy, sesame seed. You dont need to cook bok choy more than 30 seconds. We will plate this. Old school style. This is black pepper sauce that we reduced. The storm that crippled the south, killed at least 20 people, is still wreaking havoc. Whiteout from the nations capitol to the treacherous thruway. Winds whipping a house fire in new york city. New york city, another couple hours here of some heavier snow fall. But over all with this storm, on the down swing of it. Seeing conditions improve as we head forward through the day. Still going through the worst of it in maine though. The snow overhead right now. We will keep that in place through much of the morning. From boston south and west ward, through the next couple hours, we will see big time improvements. Accelerating off to east and decelerate through here. And additional 6 to 12 inches. Storm totals, many spots from bangor south and into virginia, picking up a foot. Roanoke virginia, over 20 inches of snow fall. Couple of spots in West Virginia over 20 inches of snow as well. And unfortunately, theres another storm system were tracking on the heels of this one. Not nearly as strong. Most spots just a quick 1 to 3 inches.
