We can tell you that the amtrak train is not going anywhere. Its stuck on the line. This is in the area that is north of the New Carrollton station. We can see across the line there, that looks to be heading north. We have some sense that travel is moving on this train is not going anywhere. We believe by all accounts this is the train that struck the individual. 2 30 this afternoon. A person struck by silver star. Stops in the d. C. Area. 136 passengers on board the amtrak train. We were able to see some of them there. No injuries on the train. The amtrak traffic southbound suspended. The marc train traffic the penn line suspended as well. There is still a lot of Unanswered Questions to what the individual was doing on the track. We dont know the gender or the age of the the investigation is ongoing. His handle sadistic surgeon is from comic book cu then visited her home and met her parents. They believe he arranged an uber ride for her to baltimore where they had an alleged sexual encounter. Girls parent alerted police when they saw messages on her phone. He has been in orlando, albuquerque, flagstaffstaff, arizona, los angeles, sacramento and salt lake city. They believe that he may be using social media and visit comic book conventions to meet underage girls. He jutizes that cull utilizes that culture. He faces two solicitation charges.
