home wednesday and it appears she may have been abducted after running outside. >> she had she had seen someone grab her. grab her where? >> grab her by the hand and run off with her and said she yelled lana really loud and started to cry and they took off running. >> the lorain police are working from the same premise. >> we are working on the possibility that someone may have had the child another human being. i hope he goes to hell. >> jeff grenier pleaded not guilty and police say he shot crystal shaver at his condo on cove drive and called 911. the public defender says this was an accident and the judge set bond at a quarter million dollars. >> romona: we learned today the ohio supreme court will hear the anthony sowell case on april 5th. his attorney says the serial killer's conviction and death sentence should be overturned because pretrial attention denied him a fair trial. a jury convicted in 2011 for murdering 11 women. bodies found in and around his imperial avenue home. now to a mother's struggle to keep her family safe after countless crimes. she is doing the only thing she can think of. denise zarrella tells us the mom is trying to get her kids out of harm's way. >> we are at 4th police a mother has come four times to report four different break-ins and a bullet that came flying through her 3-year-old son's bedroom window. >> this window has been broken into four times. >> to say tanika oliver feels unsafe in her home at rainbow terrace apartments would be an understatement and shows us the bullet hole in her 3-year-old son's room and has been at home when someone has tried to break through the front door. >> i use it as a protection. i place it over the door at night time and if someone tries to come in, it falls and it makes a noise. >> oliver's son vein 7-years-old. his bike, scooter, video games and tv have all been stolen. >> it is a lot of break-ins. i don't feel safe. i just don't like it. like, why do they break into our house. >> raven's 3-year-old brother has cerebral palsy and his seat have been destroyed by thieves. oliver brought both her kids to providence house and can no longer a keep her safe in her home. >> i am not safe. i don't feel safe at all. it is not a comfortable place for me and my kids. i just had to, like, make the decision to find a safe place for them. >> reporter: we contacted rainbow terrace apartment management and they say they have 24/7 security and state of the art camera monitoring system. oliver said they put in new lighting and doesn't feel safe enough to bring her boys home. >> it is devastating to have to look at her kids knowing people can keep coming in and take everything i try to get for them. it is hurtful. it is hurting and it hurt to not have my kids in the home with me. >> the apartment manager says they are working closely with police to try to identify a suspect in any of these break-ins and they say they just purchased two new surveillance lighting and 20 to
