That second grand jury indicted webster yesterday. Closing arguments are expected today in the corruption trial for six former members of the Philadelphia Police force. Lead defendant Thomas Licciardello is accused of leading his narcotics squad on illegal drug raids that aetnad thousands of dollars. Prosecutors builder their case on testimony from a former colleague jeffrey walker. Walker pleaded guilty last year. No injuries were reported. The red cross is helping a family that lost three relatives in a Chester County fire. The flames gutted a mobile home on the 300 block of hill road in west caln township yesterday afternoon. A family had gathered there following another relatives passing. Two adults and two children managed to escape in time but according to neighbors, three women had trouble getting out of the same opening as the survivors and then they hesitated about jumping to their safety.
