The incident happened at 11 40 at the intersection of roosevelt boulevard and northampton road. They identified the victim as 42yearold stanley anderson. There is tragic irony, anderson lived at a nearby drug and alcohol facility and spent the last 10 months trying to turn his life around and the driver faces charges of driving under the influence. Police charged a 15yearold boy with involuntarily manslaughter for the shooting death of his 13yearold friend. The teen accidentally shot and killed chris macke last night. A 17yearold faces a lesser charge of Reckless Endangerment for loading the gun, detectives say the boys wandered into a vacant house door and found the gun and bullets inside. The vigil was held for the victim tonight. Senators in the new Jersey Senate say not so fast. They were suppose to vote on the gas tax and lower the sales tax but it did not work out that way. They are working on a plan to fund road and bring repairs in the state and they believe that that plan is more fiscally responsible hundreds of chaptering construction workers descended on the state house hoping they would raise the gas tax 23 cents a gallon.
