Extraordinary guy. Precious moment. And the little guy is doing okay. Good. Glad tother. Thanks alicia. Lets get another check on the roads right now. All right, matt pelman standing by in the action News Traffic Center. Hi, matt. We could use a little compassion on the traffic front this afternoon. Were getting beat up on this wet friday afternoon with a whole bunch of accidents as you try and head home but the good news brian and sharrie is that most of the crashes like this one on woodhaven road eastbound are pretty minor in nature. It is taking out the left lane though but the delay here doesnt look too bad. Delays elsewhere dont look so good as you look at the speeds along 95, many in the teens. A lot of 20s on the schuylkill. Will a bunch of other accidents this afternoon. One was on the boulevard northbound by devereaux. Had one at kensington in hunting park by the taco bell. Most of those crashes in the city are starting to clear out which is good news. But the regatta wont be clearing from the kelly drive for another day or so, so the kelly does remain blocked. Thats putting extra traffic on the schuylkill where you see speeds like 12 and an unpleasant 17 Miles Per Hour. Out in Montgomery County a couple issues along egypt road. Traffic light troubles at willow brook drive an crash off 422 at cider mill and egypt road. Hamilton township just 9 miles an hour in the eastbound lanes of 195. Thats because of a crash at 130 thats take out a lane. Westbound a little gaper delay there with speeds in the 20s. In Burlington City a crash along high street near morris street. 42 in Camden County also with an accident here on the southbound side which would be busy anyway on a friday afternoon. Its mostly off to the side but definitely at tracking some attention. Downed wires in East Greenwich Gloucester County along kings highway at lodge avenue. Stay in your lodge right now, if you can. Well check it again, brian and sharrie, at 5 oclock. Good place to be. Yeah. Thanks. Adam joseph back with the exclusive accuweather 7day forecast next. At longhorn, if you want steak tonight. Adam joseph with the accuweather forecast. We got some rain moving out. Sunshine returning and then rain moving back in tomorrow afternoon. More rain. Double scan live radar right now you can see most of the showers are pushing off the coast. Still lagging in parts of ocean county and southern parts of Cape May County and a few sprinkles in and around philadelphia wilmington and dover but the sun is starting to return in those far western suburbs. Where were starting to see some pops of sun you can see the number climbing a degree or two higher than other locations. 68 reading, 67 lancaster, 68 in dover. 65 in trenton but where the rain is hanging on temperatures right in you only around 60 degrees. This is a cold front pushing through. Ahead of it it was warm today and rather muggy but again, as the rain pushes away, were starting to see that clearing line approach so many of us will see some splashes of sun before the sun sets here this evening. Then we catch a break most of saturday will be dry and sunny with very warm temperatures but another system on its heels comes in tomorrow afternoon and could spark more downpours and even some gusty thunderstorms. So, at 11 oclock tomorrow morning, sunshine still in control. So get out there and enjoy most of your saturday but by about 2, 3 oclock in those far northwestern suburbs some of those downpours and thunderstorms popping up. Then it arrives into philadelphia during the evening hours and again it could be a solid line passing through but then its quickly out of here as we clear out here on saturday night. So, what to expect here tomorrow afternoon. Winds 40 to 50 miles an hour with some of the thunderstorms dangerous lightning even some very small hail. Some of the storms could be isolated severe because of those strong wind gusts. 59 on sunday, though, winds 35 miles an hour behind that front, temperature dropping 15 degrees below average. Sunshine giving way to some clouds on sunday as that cooler air sets in. The exclusive accuweather 7day forecast, sun with some gusty afternoon thunderstorms tomorrow but a warm high of 76. Windy with a may chill on sunday, highs only in the 50s across much of the area and then to begin on monday morning, here is the snapshot of future tracker. We could drop into the upper 30s in those northwestern suburbs, 38 in allentown, right around 42 in philadelphia. The record low for philadelphia monday morning is 40 degrees. The afternoon sun and clouds, only 63 and then the clouds thicken up on tuesday, 66 and then there could be some rain tuesday night into wednesday with some late sun returning at 68 degrees and then thursday and friday bright, nice, lots of sun and finally we can settle right around that 70degree mark. So we get some storms throughout the afternoon and a winter chill by sunday night, monday morning. All right. Adam, thank you. All right. Freebie friday is coming up on action news.
