The wind has certainly died down. Those gusts were so strong yesterday. There were also heavy rains yesterday afternoon and right now were down a drizzle but you still want to look out for some street flooding right around high tide and you can still see street flooding around Atlantic City and this is one of the spots. Were along atlantic avenue near New Hampshire and this is a flood prone army you can area. You can see debris left in the road and you can see the flooding as its on either side of the street and at the very end it actually covers the street as the waves crash over the bulkhead down at the end there. Association this is something you want to take a look for as t the door this morning. You could see signs of this noreaster across the jersey shore. Those fierce winds that blew through left damage in its wake ripping apart a sign at paviliomotor lodge it took down a traffic light here in Atlantic City. In ocean city, street flooding was a concern that drivers had to look out for. People who normally park in flood prone areas were urged to move their cars. The noreaster winds toppled a tree in south philadelphia last night. The branches damaged at least one car and blocked traffic along moyamensing avenue near carpenter street. And a freak accident killed a man during the storm. Officials say the high winds blew a big sign off a building on the 4300 block of old york road in nicetown yesterday. That many ended uended up strika 60yearold man pinning him against a car. He didnt survive that. Flames from that a kitchen fire shot through the roof of a Shopping Center in wynnefield heights. Firefighters quickly knocked down at the blaze inside chung hing chinese restaurant. Nobody was hurt. Building inspectors from checking the property. Two men lure a pizza delivery man in southwest philadelphia shooting him during the holdup. The delivery man was also armed and fired back. He also had a weapon and did return fire but at this point police dont know if he actually hit any of the men that were trying to rob him. Well, this is video from the scene. This all happened just after 7 oclock last night. The delivery man received an order for two pizzas to be delivered to a home in the 5300 block of yoakum. When he arrived he knocked on the door. Turns out it was al vacant home that was called in for the delivery. Armed men rain out of an adjacent house. They pulled a gun on the delivery man. They tried to rob him of the pizzas and also theaccording tod the pizzas during the truggle is own gun. There was a slight struggle at his car. As they were struggling for the pizzas, the pizzas fell to the ground. The driver tried to flee from the scene. As hes running they fire numerous shots at him hitting him in his left side and also in his left leg and arm. He was able to get back toward his car. He has a permit to carry. Reporter you hear police there saying that he is licensed to c weap now the delivery man actually drove himself to the hospital of the university of pennsylvania. He was then transported to penn Presbyterian Hospital where again even with several gun shots he is in stable condition and is expected to be okay. Police in wilmington delaware shot and killed a man who they say attacked them. The confrontation happened on the 1700 block of west 13th street at 6 00 last night. Officers responded to app a disturbance at a house and saw a man jump out of the door with a gun. One officer opened fire shooting the man twice in the chest. No officers were hurt. The fbi has joined the search for three men hoop stole 60,000 worth of merchandise from a high end consignment store. The men were captured on surveillance cam ram inside remix on main street in manayunk last wednesday. One of the men posed as customer. Now in terms of precipitation theres not really as much as the model is showing out there right now but as we go later into the tail end of the rush hour and into the afternoon theres the possibility anyway of some pinwheeling lighter precipitation.
