Developing this morning a fast moving fire damaged at least three homes in chester Delaware County. This is viewer video from the 2600 block of cane street. Firefighters got to the scene to find six smoke and thick smoke and flames around 11 oclock last night. It took crews about a half hour to get the fire under control. There are no reports of injuries. Investigators are still trying to get to the bottom of what caused the fire. The gunman and motive are still unknown. Police are looking for the gunman who shot a man to death in front of his northeast philadelphia apartment building. It happened along the 10,800 block of keswick road last night and Police Arrived to find the 21yearold victim shot in the chest. He was taken to the hospital where he later died. Witnesses told police they saw a man and a woman running from the scene. You might want to stick to grays ferry instead or use penrose avenue and we saw the action cam up ahead over there as well.
