All we know is that an unknown person has phoned in a threat to the school and the school responded. Now, to breaking news story from new york city at this hour. A commuter train crashd this morning, more than 100 people have within injured. The Long Island Railroad train crash nood a bumper at the enof the track at the Atlantic Terminal during the morning rush. 600 people were on board at the time and 103 were hurt. None of the injuries were considered lifethreatening. These pictures show the damage from inside of the train. You see the seats are dislodged and debris is everywhere. Witnesses say the train was going faster than usual when it approached the station. It was off the track and in the air. And you had to jump down to the platform to get off the train. The federal Railroad Administration is looking into the crash and well have more the next half hour and later beginning at action news at 4 00. Back in this area Philadelphia Police labeled the death of a man in the holmesburg section as suspicious. They found him dead his bedroom and dont know what led up to the shooting. Annie mccormick is live with more on the investigation. Reporter rick, still a lot of questions. At this point homicide investigators are looking into this and they are only calling this a suspicious death and waiting for results from an autopsy. A 911 call brought 8th District Police officers to the home. A 38yearold man was pronounced dead in the back bedroom of the apartment. His girlfriend made the discovery after coming home a he rand. Police say the door to the back room was locked and throughout the morning, homicide detectives gathered evidence and towed this vehicle at the apartment. In addition to the victims body there was a bedroom that appeared to be ransacked. Detectives interviewed friends of the victim and are stopping short of calling this a case of homicide. Early this morning the people brought down here for interviews, down to Police Headquarters were returned back to the scene. Again, at this point they are not calling this a homicide. Crews in the Lehigh Valley expect to be on the scene of a greenhouse fire throughout the day today. The flames broke out at the dan chance farm. They relied on trucks rather than hydrants to put the flames out. Part of the roof caved in. Its a steel roof and when it came down it created pockets with fire underneath it. So we brought in heavy equipment and that will pull some of that heavy material off and well add water to it as we go through the layers. The building was closed down at the time. Nobody was hurt. The cause of fire is still under investigation. Turning now to the changing weather, the winds are kicking up as we brace for much colder temperatures. From our delaware newsroom, an elderly man was seriously injured when he was hit by a car walking in north wilmington this morning. This is the scene of the the 1,000 block of shipley road. The victim was taken to christiana hospital for treatment and the driver stayed at the scene. Several students were on the school bus when it collided with another vehicle but none of the children were hurt. The suv slammed into the side of the bus on academy road and grant avenue in northeast philadelphia at 7 00. Medics treated the driver of the other vehicle for minor injuries. Services are underway for a Minnesota State trooper in blair county. A viewing for trooper landon weaver is being held now in allatoona, mourners will gather there for his funeral tomorrow. Police say that weaver was shot to death while responding to a domestic call in Juniata Township monday night and his killer was shot to death by police in a standoff.
