On tuesday, 29yearold charles sims was arrested for the homicide and today 17yearold Maurice Bellamy is now the second suspect also charged with murder. These investigations take a lot of time. While we were able to make charges in both of these individuals over the past couple of days, one of the individuals was already in jail.
