David writes the following that hospital officials transferred warner from the lynchburg general emergency room to the psychiatric er. Warner was filling out paperwork when he becameage tairted and attacked lieutenant gillespie. During the struggle warner tried to take gillespies gun but failed. He was able to take gillespies taser firing it and hit another officer. David wright after assaulting the officer with the discharged taser, warner ran through the center and that is when him several times, and it is that part that warners attorney paul belvois surprised him. He said that segment in the warrant indicated that gillespie used excessive force. The manner which he was shot the manner which he was shot. He has a bullet lodged in his spine. He has he took shots to his arm, to his leg. It seems to be widespread. Emmitt county deputies addressed jo davis and charged her with aggravated malicious upset that her neighbor manuela called compiled techtive services on daviss daughter. There was an issue where Child Protective Services was notified. Danner abc 13 went to davis home for a comment but the man who answered the door would not comment. Abc 13 called to check on the condition, but hospital spokesperson was unable to give that information as well. Bedford county employees could show up to work with a concealed weapon.
