Reporter george and carole. The counties wants to use optical machines in the recounts. A judge heard testimony from a they said a hand count is need in wisconsin to insure the vote was counted correctly. The evidence would come from inspecting the ballots. The berkeley professor said the election was so close that even a smallerror, less than 1 in the machines would change the vote. Does that mean if its 99 accurate it c enough to affect the outcome of the election . The ballots are randomly tested for errors and so far they didnt find any in these election. The voting equipment accurately counted all the ballots. Proof of tampering. The experts have said there is a chance that the machines could have been hacked or there are problems with the machines that they dont read correctly, all of which may be true so there is nothing to link it to wisconsin.
