I am in shock that i hear about his being arrested yesterday. Really sad, really sad. Seven years old. Reporter now, the alleged sex offense tracked back to july 2015. The victim seven years old at the time told special victims unit investigators that everything happened during practices that summer she said while the other kids ran laps coach miguel would that hug her in the middle of the field and put her his hands under her bare shirt on her chest. Miguel according to the documents told her not to say anything to her parents otherwise something bad would happen much hes facing one count of sex offense and one count of sexual abuse of a minor. For that he could receive up to 35 years in prison. Montgomery county police think there could be other victims simply because of the time that has passed between when the abuse allegedly occurred and when it was reported. The lawyer for jose montano will file a motion to dismiss felony charges against his client. It was a razor thin victory on the revamped version of the American Healthcare act. Were talking about this bill passing with just one vote over the 216 needed. 20 republicans and all of the democrats voted no on this. This of course is a step forward for the president in fulfilling his Campaign Promise of dismantling obamacare a big victory for the Trump Administration and the president has said hes very confident that this bill will pass the senate. He essentially dead and he promises folks that the bill will lower premiums give people more options and ultimately moral control over their healthcare. And then you have the critics of the bill that say, you know, that if this bill passes it could mean less coverage for folks and higher costs and overall confusion about what is in the bill. I dont think the senate is going to pass this bill in its presents form. Theyll pass theirs well pass ours and then well goal to conference. Go to conference. I dont think the house bill necessarily predicts what is in the senate bill. Reporter now, moving ahead, the future of this bill clearly in the Senate Remains uncertain. Senate democrats have said that theyre going stop this bill in its current tracks. And then you also have some moderate Senate Republicans who have already been working on their own version of this bill vowing to not consider a vote on the gop healthcare bill. So, weve had some confusion here people think that they can go through the park this way and they cant right now and theres no sign of anybody coming to remove this tree just yet. I rode the actual train and interviewed josh gad there but when they filmed the movie they actually did it in studio so they put this like train thing on a gimble. When the actors actually acted the scenes out they put hdtv screens as the windows to make it look like they were actually going past scenery. In cool. Not to get tood into weeds this was josh gads first time on the actual train too like for the actors their first time on the train. Yeah, it was awesome. So cool. So cool. So, guardians of the galaxy vol. 2 is opening up today. I cant wait. Im getting ready to go downstairs but guardians of the galaxy vol. 2 is opening up. James gun is back to direct the film. This is a sequel to the highly successful first film which made 773 Million Worldwide at the box office. This one is a lot more emotional. Curt russell is playing starlords father. Couple cool notes though. Vin diesel is still doing the voice of baby groot. He does it a little more high pitched obviously. He only works for one day. All he is saying is i am groot. Bradley cooper voicing rocket. His brother is playing that character onset. The film is very strong as a sequel not as great as the original. Beginning is amazing. End amazing the middle drags a little bit unfortunately. Theres a lot of scenes characters are having life changing events at one time all over the place. It just to me it was a little bit excessive. The soundtrack is great. I did enjoy the movie. I gave 84 out of five. One very important note. When the film ends, there are five ending credit scenes. So, the movie ends and then in the credits there are actually five extra scenes so make sure you stay there. Ive only seen the film in 2d. It was not screened to me in 3d i marks. Ill hopefully see that version later on but that is my review for the film four out of five.
