Louis and as we take a zoom out you can see all the moisture lifting up ahead of this snow a major snow maker for new york and new england. We stay on the warm side of the storm and that means hours of rain. About 24 hours of rain. You can see the showers ahead of the storm mainly to the north and west of philadelphia. As we take a zoom in its right near suburbs new hanover seeing heavy rain, bucking hal, trenton even in Chester Heights in philadelphia. So its already beginning a little spotty right now. But this radar will be filling in during the overnight hours. So as far as the temperatures are concerned were mainly in the 40s and thats where were going to pretty much stay overnight tonight. Temperatures not changing that much with persistent easterly flow. As we continue into the Early Morning hours well see light rain moving in. But by the midday period its going to turn pretty moderate the heaviest rain comes in tomorrow during the evening rush and into tomorrow night. And thats just half of the story. Teenager accused of terrorizing and raping women on the streets of chester city in Chester Township is behind bars tonight but investigators say some of his victims well they still may be out there. Investigators have linked 19yearold de john lee to nine brutal sexual assaults they finally caught up to lee when one of his alleged victims recognized him in Delaware County store and called police. Police say lee was arrested in january on unrelated firearms and drug possession charges. While hes been in jail investigators were able to build their case against him. The scary part of this case if it hasnt been horrific enough is the fact that we believe there are other victims out there that hes done more than this because hes told us that hes committed these acts, many, many, many times. We have nine in front of you today. We think theres out there. Lee would approach women from behind, pull a gun, rob them and then take them to secluded area where he would sexually assault them. Police used dna taken from his previous arrest to link lee to the rapes. Tonight a murder victims family and police are pleading for the killer to come forward. Year ago today, 36 years old Marquis Ya Benson was brutally murdered in her apartment in see cane Delaware County. To lose her in this way so senselessly, so violently has really broken us as a family. Police Just Announced today they are offering a 5,000 reward leading to the arrest and conviction of the killer. She was a successful woman in business, and had everything going for her life. Her life was taken away from us. An autopsy revealed benson died of Blunt Force Trauma to the head and neck. Police called it sadistic violence. She was found naked in a bathtub with the shower running along with a venomous message on the wall. Police officers are supposed to protect the public but one south jersey cop is now in trouble with the law. Hes accused of committing an inappropriate act in front of kids. The Weather Authority tracking dangerous weather that pummeled the midwest with rain, wind and hail. The fbi has recovered a 1919 Norman Rockwell painting someone stole more than 40 years ago from cherry hill, new jersey, home. You have to have moderate to severe sleep apnea and inability to tolerate or get good benefit from c pap. And you cant be significantly overweight. Another for the breathing sensor, and then the third for the stimulator that opens the airway Remote Control turns it on and and off with a sleep timer. You can think of it as pacemaker for the tongue. You can feel your tongue moving. You can feel your tonsils moving. Its almost like a little electrical shock waves in a sense. Really. Does it tickle.
