Right now were seeing those winds out of the northwest gusting to 36 miles an hour in reading that is almost a Tropical Storm force gust. Gusting to 30 miles an hour in philadelphia. 33 in wilmington. Gusting to 38 miles an hour at the Atlantic City airport. So coming up well talk about more wind in the forecast. He eventually let go, but a store manager alerted an off duty deputy who was just outsi outside. The deputy says he just initially thought the commotion was all about shoplifting. Once he started yelling and like i said i know him perso personally, i knew his demeanor was off, so i new something was going on. The suspect is now facing charges of child abuse and kidnapping. The backlash over the sentencing of a former stanford swimmers rape conviction boiled over into act tim.
