Investigators found danny at the horrible scene and pull the suv from the carnage. Police say the driver is 40yearold jeffrey of lambertville. Witnesses who spoke with him saying he was clearly confused and disoriented. He was complaining about getting hit in the head during baseball and says he just possibly blacked out, and didnt know what happened. Reporter no charges have been filed in this case as right now. We did check with the hospital and the driver of the suv has already been released. So right now investigators are trying to figure out if this is a medical condition that caused this, speed along this very busy and many of the neighbors would say certainly a dangerous road was a factor or distraction.
