Police say a teenager entered the oriental Kitchen Restaurant on north 18th street last night and put an explosive device in an access panel in the wall and then took off. The device went off causing damage to the restaurant. No one was hurt but if you know something that might help catch suspect call police. Rough start to the fall semester at temple youve. Police say the man that you see in this Surveillance Video is going into various banks and watching for elderly people cashing checks or withdrawing large amounts of money. The robberies date back to april 24th. Now, cops say this guy follows his victims eventually attacking and robbing them. It happened in several neighborhoods so far northeast philly and also in northern liberties. Developing that night the crisis in iraq. Reporter a new state of the art Security System is in place at camden and Woodrow Wilson high schools. Officials say over 50 high tech cameras now monitor the hallways, exits and exterior of the building. Anthony bland is in charge of security for the district.
