This is a disturbing situation that is being evaluated. It is very disheart evening there is no room for hatred and this type of ignorance in cherry hill at all. Reporter what a coincidence we have here, the male nurse that used to work here, at penn dermatology, and in lower makefield, but the guy here, accused, fired, and arrested for sexually shooting videos of eight female patients, now will be on video himself later this morning. Fortyfive yearold james close of roselyn is going to be arraigned by Video Conference from bucks county prison where he had to change from his nurses scrubs you see in his mug shot to some jail canvas cover ups, accused of 47 counts of secretly videotaping seven women and one minor girl just 17 years old while they were not covered up, getting treatment here at penn medicines dermatology offices, where the girls and the seven women had to take all of their clothes off and usually have their eyes covered as well, which will explain why the women didnt notice this at first. He was first arrested two weeks ago on february 13th when the 17 yearold noticed a silver iphone right at her feet sending and recording video of her name in the treatment boot and had been going for25 seconds on the timer. She notified staff, they notified cops, police then got a search warrant to see what and who else he haddon his i phone and it turned out that is how they found seven other adult victims in 18 other videos, stored on his phone. So when you get laser treatment for skin problems, a lot of times they dont want that laser damagingness eyes, possibly so your eyes are completely covered which would explain why you would put phone at somebodys feet not thinking they would ever be able to see it but this girl may have removed her eye cover just briefly and that is how she stopped this whole thing. They only have evidence on his phone, from january 16th to february 13th, so the obvious question is did he start doing this suddenly on january 16th or did he do it long before this, on other iphones with other victims.
