We first reported at 7 00 last night about a second arrest in that high profile murder case at the Donovan Hotel in northwest. The woman arrested appeared in court today. Turns out shes the girl friend of the woman accused of stabbing a married capital hill attorney at that same hotel, a robbery ending in murder. Tonight new information. Superior court where 19yearold Domonique Johnson walked out of court today after pleading not guilty to conspiracy to commit robbery, this after her girl friend Jamyra Gallmon pled not guilty to the robbery and also to the murder of a married capitol hill attorney at the Donovan Hotel. Police say right before the murder of 30yearold capital hill attorney David Messerschmitt 19yearold Domonique Johnson and her live in girl friend 21yearold Jamyra Gallmon bought zip ties at this cvs right by the hotel, zip ties like ones found on messerschmitts hands. When police told johnson they had surveillance video, she apparently caved. She left court with her family today after pleading not guilty and not saying a word. This is not the first time, nor the last time youve all seen either a Family Member or significant other of somebody accused of a crime charged in conjunction with that. Reporter it was february 9th when police say messerschmitt used craigslist looking for a man to have a sexual hookup with. Gallmon answered the ad posing as a man and in the end stabbed the man to death. She was arrested last week. Court documents say johnson waited for gallmon outside the hotel during that robbery turned murder. The two held hands, took a bus to their southeast d. C. Apartment. Thats when according to Court Documents gallmon told johnson, it went bad. Johnson told police gallmon stole 40 from that married attorney, plus his metro card which the prosecutor said johnson had used ever since and as recently as april 1st. Brooklyn mack grew up in elgin, South Carolina, a town of about 1,300 people and took his first ballet class at age 12. The dash camera video from moments before that South Carolina shooting is now public and it shows Michael Slager asking for Walter Scotts license.
