Troske faces charges in N.D. murder case: Man who allegedly wounded one, killed one at wedding reception makes initial appearance

NEW ROCKFORD, N.D. -- A New Rockford man accused of shooting and killing a man and wounding a woman at a weekend wedding reception made his initial appearance on murder and attempted murder charges in Southeast District Court here Thursday.
