Two inmates found hanging from a tree inside Sultanpur District Jail, probe ordered

Jail Superintendent Umesh Singh said that a jail warder spotted them hanging from a tree behind their barrack. “A scarf was found around their neck... The warder immediately informed other staff and the bodies were brought down,” the jail superintendent said.
