U-Pass not possible but Loyalist College open to talks, says president

Mark Kirkpatrick, president of Loyalist College, says he would be more than happy to find a way to reduce busing costs for many of the 3,740 students now attending the Wallbridge-Loyalist Road 200-acre campus.
