The Uzbek authorities have constructed a reception-distribution center for coronavirus patients in Qubodiyon at the request of Tajikistan, Asia-Plus reports.
According to sources in the Tajik government, the construction work and equipping of the complex was carried out at the expense of the funds allocated by Uzbekneftegaz JSC.
Modern equipment will help in the shortest possible time to determine the presence of coronavirus infection in patients, and then send it to hospitals in the region and the capital to receive qualified assistance.
The construction of this facility was approved during the visit of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev to Dushanbe in March 2018.
