Venezuelan national one of three men held in car stealing ring

A Venezuelan national is among three persons held after two stolen vehicles were recovered yesterday in Couva.

The vehicles were recovered by officers of the Central Division Task Force on Monday.

At about 2:50pm officers received intelligence
