'Everyone's struggling': Nova Scotia resort announces $15 per hour minimum wage

A South Shore resort isn’t waiting for the government to mandate better wages. White Point Beach Resort in Queen’s County has announced that starting Sept. 5, it will offer a $15 per hour minimum wage.
