Victim fatally shot while standing in parking lot was San Marcos teen

Isaac Shekhayem, 17, was killed the night of May 15 while standing in a parking lot on Los Vallecitos Boulevard near Bingham Drive, homicide Lt. Michael Krugh said Tuesday.
