Victims identified in wreck that killed 2 from Simpsonville but spared 4-year-old

Two people were killed in a collision on New Harrison Bridge Road near Sullivan Road two-and-a-half miles south of Simpsonville Monday afternoon, according to the South Carolina Highway Patrol.
A 2015 Ford was traveling east on New Harrison Bridge Road when a 2015 Ford SUV traveling south on North Harrison Bridge Road disregarded a stop sign at the intersection and was struck by the 2015 Ford, according to Highway Patrol Master Trooper Brandon Bolt.
The SUV had three occupants, including a 4-year-old who was in a child-safety seat and was not injured, according to the Highway Patrol. The SUV's driver and a passenger were wearing seat belts but mechanically extricated from the vehicle and dead on the scene, according to the Highway Patrol.
