Vino Vinyasa classes bring together vinyasa-based yoga and fun wine facts through creative yoga poses. Each hour long educational class ends with a comparative wine tasting of two wines, inviting guests to mindfully taste what's in their glass while applying what they earned through the poses.
All guests will receive 15 percent off brunch at Rules & Regs by showing theirr Vino Vinyasa ticket. If participating in brunch, self-parking will be validated. Everyone who is not staying for brunch will get a reduced self-parking rate ($10 off).
