The DA handed over a memorandum to the Tokologo Municipality following a march this morning in Dealesville with local residents and DA councillors to highlight the lack of services in this municipality and the Free State. View memorandum here. The community of Dealesville united in their adversity to show their dissatisfaction with the poor services. A memorandum was handed over to a representative of the Municipality by Mr Letuka regarding issues relating to the lack of water for 15 days, sewage and refuse pollution in the community, infrastructure decay, electricity interruptions, poor financial and other administration, and the lack of a decent billing system for residents. Residents in Tokologo have reached their saturation point with the poorly ANC-run municipality and the daily decay of basic services and have decided to march with the DA to highlight issues in this regard.
