They have to have a minimum of 39mileanhour winds to reach Tropical Storm strength. That could happen tomorrow. Tomorrow hanch, tomorrow night at the tomorrow afternoon, tomorrow night at the coastline at the shore. Jose will continue weakening. Weve gotten an update. Down to 85 Miles Per Hour. Thats good news. Even with 85mileanhour winds way away from us, its going to have an impact in our area along the coastline. The clouds just offshore. Those will be moving in during the day. It will continue its northward trek. Its moving at nine Miles Per Hour. And its going to be off the east coast of North Carolina by later today. This is 1 30 actually tomorrow morning. By tomorrow morning, well start to see some showers spread into the philadelphia area. Especially along the coastline. Notice how that track stays completely off shore. It will continue to weaken into later in the week. Well still feel the effects even on wednesday evening as its no longer a hurricane, just a Tropical Storm at that point. Still lots of wind and plenty of moisture. Its going to have an impact on our area for much of the week. It starts today with clouds and a chance of this showers.
