Police on bicycles and light poles to prevent people from climb, although some people still climb those poles. But no Major Incident and the fans really feeling the excitement this morning. But, look its westchester. 41 in bedminster. You can see the clouds stay with us. This is 10 00 this morning, but no rain around. 37 in millville, some thin spots. A bit of sunshine in delaware. Look at lewis, 53 degrees. Thats by 10 00 this morning. And most neighborhoods will indeed warm into the 50s. Might be a sprinkle late in the morning around noontime, but thats about it. Thats at 1 00 in the afternoon. 48 in mount holly, but 54 in millville. And look at that late day sunshine breaking through the clouds. So a nice warmup during the day. And lee high valley, cloudy skies for most of the day. Some light fog developing, and thatll be done for this afternoon. New jersey breaks the sunshine late in the afternoon. In other news this morning, two men are in the hospital after a shooting in south philadelphia. It happened at broad and bane bridge around 1 00 this morning. Police looking for the shooter or shooters. Recovered more than two dozen shell casings. Nbc 10 also obtained this exclusive Surveillance Video near the scene. It shows four people getting out of the car and moments later running back into the car and speeding off. Again, police have made no arrests. A majority of federal workers will stay home today. It was still no compromise to end the federal government shutdown. Each side blaming the other side for not budging on their list of wants. The result means many historical sites and National Park trails will be closed today and also means the military is working without pay. A vote on a threeweek funding bill is set for today at noon.
