Former AFL recruiter Matt Rendell isn’t writing off GWS despite their forgettable 2020 campaign.
Coming off a Grand Final appearance in 2019, the Giants missed the finals for the first time since 2015, finishing in a disappointing 10th position.
Jeremy Cameron and Zac Williams’ departures have left many wondering whether the Giants’ premiership window has closed.
Rendell expects GWS to beat a depleted St Kilda outfit on Sunday and believes their midfield is still a force to be reckoned with.
“I think GWS will beat St Kilda,” he told

“When I say smoky, I think they’re a real chance to get into the eight.
