SALISBURY, Md. – Some good news out of Wicomico County for book lovers, the library will soon open their doors to visitors, but on a limited basis.
Richard Keenan, a member of the board of the library, tells us starting on Tuesday, March 16, the library will be open by appointment only and will only allow a limited number of people inside of each branch.
But he says finally being back inside will give people the chance to browse books and use the space again. While it’s not a full reopening, Keenan says the library has been focused throughout the entire pandemic on getting books into people’s hands, especially while they spent more time at home.
