Wind energy expert Anil Kane dies at 82

Anil Kane, who was the founder of the Indian Wind Energy Association and proposer of the Kalpasar project across the Gulf of Khambhat, had served as the VC of Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda between 1998 and 2001.
