Wicklow woman Colette Talbot whose soup run fed 250 homeless told to cease or face €300k fine

The Wicklow group, Together for Homeless, which has operated a weekly soup run to provide some 250 people in Dublin with food, clothing and even bedding for eight years, has been forced to cease its activities.
